TwoDos turns a chat thread you choose into a shared to-do list and offers agent research on those items. It is provided by TwoDos ("we") as a beta: as-is, without warranty of any kind, and it may change, break, or be discontinued.
You confirm you have the right to process the thread you connect — practically: it's your own conversation, and your partner has opted in through the app. Don't use TwoDos to monitor anyone without their knowledge; that violates these terms and, in many places, the law.
Agent findings are research, not advice, and can be wrong or stale — verify prices, availability, and details before acting. The agent never purchases, books, or contacts anyone.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from beta use. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us (during the free beta: nothing).
